During our Easter-holidays we (our family and my Godson Christoph) made a day-trip to the pleasurepark Phantasialand in Brühl , near to Cologne. It's about 120 km away from Dinslaken, but it took us nearly 2 hours to drive there in the morning because of all the traffic. We arrived at about 10.00 a. m. and had enough time to enjoy a wonderful spring-day over there:
I'm very proud of myself!!! When I got to know my husband Arno in 1987 we both loved rollercoasters. We tried all the wildest rollercoasters-rides with loopings etc. on every fun-fair around and in every pleasurepark we could reach, but after I had been pregnant and got the kids I didn't dare riding those rollercoasters anymore. The kids grew older and accompanied Arno on the rollercoasters - and I waited on the safe ground and took photos of them. BUT today - I don't know why - I dared using them (nearly) all again! And I can't explain myself anymore why I didn't do so during the last 15 years!!!!! - It has been such a nice day! - For 29,50 EUROs admission per person it really would have been a shame not to use as much of the fun-rides as possible!
